Shipping & Delivery

Ordered furniture will be shipped and delivered to the address you provided at the time you place your order.
We aim to deliver your furniture within the times quoted on our website when you place your order. These are quoted as the estimated time that we believe we can deliver the order to you based on stock levels and or lead times from our suppliers. Where multiple items have been ordered, we will endeavour to deliver them all together by the longest delivery time quoted, unless a split delivery is requested. This additional service will be subject to a further carriage charge. If the circumstances of your order change, we will contact you. If, however, it is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, then we cannot accept any liability for consequential loss.

You will become the owner of the goods (and be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods) at the time of delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for the goods.

All deliveries will be pre booked and must be signed for. If you are out when our delivery team arrives, they will leave a card with a contact number for you to call them and arrange a delivery at a future date. Please note that there may be an additional charge for this.

Before placing an order, please check that the items of furniture will fit through any passages, stairwells, landings and doorways on the way to the destination room. Please also make sure there are no parking restrictions and delivery lorries can park and unload the furniture.

Privacy & Security

When purchasing a product or registering online you give your consent that your personal information will be used by us. Personal information will only be used to fulfil your order. We use payment systems of trusted third parties to ensure that your payment is safe and that your details are not being used fraudulently.

In order to deliver your furniture to the correct address we are working with trusted third parties who are not part of Glossy Home Ltd and we will share with them the personal information you have provided. For example, your name, address for delivery and any delivery preferences you have outlined to us such as the time of day you wish to receive a delivery.

We will not send you any marketing correspondence unless you opt-in or subscribe to GlossyHome Newsletter.

We respect your privacy and we will never sell or disclose your personal information to a third party for the use of the information for other purposes than described in this policy.

Returns & Replacements

Majority of furniture is made to order. After you complete payment your order is sent for manufacturing according to specific requirements (size, colour, functionality) you have chosen. As a result these orders cannot be returned (unless product is defective). You are not entitled to a statutory cooling off period.

If the order has not been sent for production yet you can cancel it and all monies paid will be refunded. Please call us to inquire whether your order can still be cancelled.

If you find that your goods are faulty please contact us and provide the following:
– 1-2 close pictures of the damaged part of furniture,
– 1 picture of half of the furniture (eg. sofa) describing location of the damage,
– 1 picture of the entire item.
Additionally please state full name of the furniture, the date of the purchase and the copy of your invoice.

All products (unless specified otherwise in product details) are covered by one year warranty. After we verify and accept your claim we will arrange for the faulty furniture to be collected and sent to a supplier to rectify the fault. Alternatively a new item or its part (eg. cushion) will be manufactured and delivered to you.
We are not responsible for mechanical damages caused by improper use, accidental or malicious damaged. This includes (but not limited to) damages caused by ink (eg. ball pens), scratches, improper cleaning and care, pinching the leather and others.


Furniture available through our website is a selection of best selling items from the entire range. We have chosen the most popular colours to pick from and the best finishing for online orders (eg. leathers are the best quality and durability available from manufacturers). However we have hundreds of other variants and we can accommodate your very special needs. Please contact to discuss alternatives.

When you place the order you accept these Terms and Conditions. Your order is a request to purchase the goods and it is not binding on us until we have notified you by sending Order Confirmation email.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All prices listed on our website are exclusive of delivery costs unless indicated otherwise. Delivery costs will be shown to you during ordering process. Price you pay upon placing the order is the final price including any discounts and surcharges (eg. delivery costs).
In the unlikely scenario where we discover a price error in order you placed we will inform you and give you an option to re-order at the correct price or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you we will cancel your order and refund all monies paid.

Payment in full is required to complete the order. We accept majority of debit and credit cards.
All payments are authorised by Barclaycard and are never stored on our system. Communication is encrypted to protect your sensitive data.

All refunds will be made into the same card or the same payment method used in the order within 14 days of us accepting your claim.

Occasionally you may receive a voucher from us. They may be used only by you and only one voucher / discount code may be used per order. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and they are valid until specified date or end of the current year (if no expiry date specified).
Should you cancel the order where voucher was used no refund (or equivalent) will be given for this promotional code.

Viewing Orders

You will only b e able to view your orders if you created your account through our website. Please log on to your account and select “My Orders”.
Non-registered customers will only be sent order confirmation, invoice and delivery information by email.

Updating Account Information

If you find that your personal information we have is inaccurate or needs updating (for instance, you may have changed your name, address etc.) then please contact us so that we can correct it.
If you have stored a profile on the our website, you can change the details stored about you by logging into your account.
